What is Counselling?
Like psychotherapy, counselling focuses on your feelings and relationships, however counselling tends to be focused on one issue, and is shorter-term. Counselling often takes place over 6-12 sessions. Sometimes people find that deeper-seated issues are raised that they want to explore in long-term psychotherapy.
